nutristar Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the nutristar platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or accessing any services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the nutristar platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and nutristar. Use of any platform feature — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and bingo — is subject to full compliance with these Terms at all times.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must meet the following criteria to register and use nutristar:

3. Account Creation and Security
Each member is permitted to hold one registered account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nutristar will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account details.
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, you must contact the support team immediately through the platform's help channels. All account communications will be conducted in English.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in collusion with other players.
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with the platform in unauthorized ways.
- Not engage in fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or money laundering activity through the platform.
- Not misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility status during registration or at any subsequent time.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on nutristar are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is registered in their own name and that sufficient funds are available for each transaction.
nutristar does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Processing times vary by method; standard withdrawal requests are handled within the timeframes indicated in the FAQ section. VIP members may receive expedited processing as outlined in the VIP terms.
Deposits made in error or through unauthorized payment methods may be reversed. The platform reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be frozen pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability
nutristar provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to maintain platform stability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nutristar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds resulting from technical faults, service outages, or user error. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.
Gaming outcomes on nutristar are determined by certified random number generation systems. The platform does not guarantee any particular result and expressly does not represent gaming as a reliable source of income.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
nutristar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any referenced policy.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
- Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
- Failure to meet age or eligibility requirements.
Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the nutristar platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, and software — is the intellectual property of nutristar or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization.
The nutristar brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party platform without explicit permission.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The platform may reference or link to third-party services, game providers, or payment processors. nutristar does not control the content or practices of these third parties and accepts no responsibility for their products, policies, or data handling. Access to any third-party service is governed solely by that party's terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
nutristar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after a revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
